Pumpkin Pickin'

Fall is in the AIR!!! We headed to Craven Farms for our annual trip to the Pumpkin Patch. Lucas' little buddy Andrew joined us. The boys loved the hayride, picking out their very own pumpkins, and playing at the different play stations. Lucas is already excited to carve his pumpkin and wear his costume!

The Partying Continues!

We celebrated with a Buccaneer Bash at Mimi's the Saturday after Lucas' birthday! He had all his friends, including the boys from the neighborhood. They played on the play set, went on a treasure hunt for chocolate coins, ate hot dogs and cupcakes, opened presents, and pulled strings on the pinata. It was perfect and a BIG thanks to Mimi and Auntie for helping pull it off. Lucas really showed that he is not so shy, and he really loves being the center of attention. We are so proud that he is our little guy!

Lucas Celebrates Turning 3!!!!

We had a big ol' family dinner at Red Robin on Lucas' 3rd Birthday! My sister flew in from Montana, my brother rode up from Oregon, and all the local family on my Dad's side was here. Lucas loved every minute of being the center of attention. He was so sweet and thankful for all his gifts and cards. We have to send a BIG thank you to Papa and Nana for dinner and organizing the family. We are SO lucky to have you!
He even loves the cards!
Auntie is funny!
This is Lucas' new smile!

'big boy' bed!

Birthday BOYS!!!!

Drue and Lucas have consecutive birthdays and they BOTH decided to have their birthday dinners at Red Robin. So that means Red Robin two night in a row :) Drue is not one for big productions (Lucas does not have a choice yet) so we had a nice 'low-key' dinner with Grandma Meg. Drue got spoiled and we enjoyed the extra time as a family together! We can not believe he is 14 (has his first girlfriend) and is in the 8th grade. He is such a good kid!
